-Do I need a special license to rent and operate the equipment?
Most of our equipment can be operated without a special license, but a valid driver’s license is required for towing trailers or transporting equipment.
-How long can I rent equipment for?
We offer flexible rental periods — 4 hour, daily, weekly, and monthly. Just let us know your project timeline, and we’ll customize a plan that fits your needs.
-Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes! We provide equipment delivery and pickup services. Fees vary by distance and equipment type — ask us for a quote when booking.
-How do I reserve equipment?
You can call us directly, or visit our location to reserve equipment. Early reservations are recommended, especially during peak seasons. A deposit will be required to create a reservation.
-Is a deposit required?
Yes, all rentals require a security deposit and a valid credit card on file, unless an account has been established. The deposit is refundable upon the safe and timely return of the equipment.
-What happens if equipment breaks down during my rental?
If equipment malfunctions, contact us immediately. We’ll repair, replace, or troubleshoot the issue as quickly as possible. We stand behind the reliability of our fleet.
-Do you provide operator training or instructions?
Yes, we provide basic operating instructions and safety guidelines with each rental. For more complex machinery, our team can walk you through the proper usage during pickup or delivery.
-Are your rentals insured?
We maintain insurance on our equipment, but you may be responsible for damages, loss, or theft. We recommend checking with your insurance provider about rental coverage or purchasing additional protection.
-What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards, Payment is typically due at the time of rental unless other arrangements have been made.
-How long does it take to get my deposit back?
Once equipment is returned and our multipoint inspection is completed your deposit will be refunded. Depending on your own bank your refund may take 1 - 10 business days.
